▶️ Recall - How to teach your dog to come

Here are a few tips to follow to ensure proper recall:

  • Recall isn't complete until the finish - sitting in front of you, dog coming to heel or when you hold the dog's collar.
  • Strafe away so the dog will change direction to come to you.
  • No sniffing or distractions after you call your dog.
  • Ensure every recall is completed by using a leash.
